CSS Developer

Ramius is searching for a talented CSS Developer to join us as we create a new future in online collaboration. As a part of our growing and dynamic development team, you will set the standard for next-generation, standards-compliant, cross-browser-compliant, easily-maintainable CSS-based layouts and designs.

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently develop and evolve Web application interfaces using HTML and CSS
  • Adapt provided designs into pixel-perfect, cross-browser compliant CSS
  • Work closely with JavaScript and Java developers to integrate interactive elements
  • Perform detailed cross-browser compatibility testing prior to submission of work
  • Contribute your knowledge and expertise during functionality reviews and requirements analyses
  • Deliver assigned tasks on time and to scope
  • Maintain and support all solutions

Required Skills and Experience

  • Expert knowledge of HTML 4 and CSS 2
  • Solid understanding of the Web development tools and technologies
  • Experience developing interfaces for Web applications
  • Skilled at analyzing and solving browser compatibility challenges
  • Ability to maintain consistent and well commented HTML and CSS markup
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to develop and adhere to requirements
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Degree or diploma in a computer-related field
  • It is an asset to have knowledge in JavaScript, Java or Ruby
