Minimum Education

• University Degree / College Diploma or relevant business experience

Required Skills and Experience

• 2-3 years of quality assurance experience with Web applications
• Strong customer orientation and interpersonal skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Technically savvy, results-oriented, and quality-focused
• Capable of working independently and as a strong team player
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good analytic capabilities
• Well-organized and detail-oriented individual
• Basic knowledge of Web design and HTML

Responsibilities

• Develop test plans from functional requirements
• Document and execute test cases
• Compile and configure the CommunityZero collaboration environment
• Assist the development of strategies and processes to improve software quality
• Provide support to global customers

It would be an asset to have:

• Experience in customer support
• Familiarity with collaboration software
