Introduction To The Topic

Based on the learnings and insights from the recently-launched book Wikibrands -- Reinventing Your Company in a Customer-Controlled Marketplace (McGraw-Hill), author Sean Moffit dives more deeply into the subject of online community management and what key success factors are involved in the front line management of customer and fan engagement, digital and social media activities.

With less than 75% of companies having policies to govern the sometimes messy arena of the Social Web and less than half having strategies and full time resources to manage this exciting but resource-intense wikibrand world, this webcast is an essential guide for managing and staying relevant in business and marketing for 2011.

Key coverage areas will include: community platforms, the life stages of a community, the 11C's of community management and the 15 roles that community managers play. Recent data from Agent Wildfire's Community Management Report will augment Sean's Wikibrands research and findings.
